Late Arrivals: We make every effort to accommodate guests that arrive late. However, in order to respect the appointment times of other clients, if a guest arrives more than fifteen minutes late they may be required to reschedule.
Cancellations: In consideration of other guests and our service providers please give as much notice as possible when canceling an appointment. We require a credit card number to hold bridal party reservations of four or more and offsite appointments. For bridal party and offsite services, cancellations within one week of the reservation date will result in a credit card charge of 50% of the total estimated service fee.
Returns & Refunds: We want you to love your hair. Complimentary redos are given within 14 days of any service. We do not refund monies for services. Hair products and tools may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. If purchased with a credit card, monies will be returned on the card.
